## Refund Policy

At AgentUpSkills, we sell digital products only. Our products are delivered as downloadable digital files. No physical items are shipped.

We want our policies to be clear, fair, and appropriate for digital products.

### 1. Digital products

All purchases from AgentUpSkills are for digital products unless clearly stated otherwise.

Because these products are delivered digitally and can usually be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are handled differently from physical goods.

### 2. Change-of-mind purchases

If you change your mind after purchase, we generally do not offer refunds once digital delivery, download access, or access to the purchased files has begun.

Where applicable under consumer law, by completing your purchase and requesting or receiving immediate digital delivery, you expressly consent to the immediate supply of the digital content and acknowledge that you may lose your right to cancel once delivery begins.

Nothing in this policy affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

### 3. If your product is not delivered or does not work properly

If you do not receive your download, cannot access the purchased files, or the product is materially faulty, incomplete, or not as described, please contact us at hello@agentupskills.com.

Where there is a genuine issue, we will work with you to resolve it. Depending on the situation, we may:

- restore or re-send access to the product
- provide a corrected or updated version
- offer a replacement file
- provide a full or partial refund where appropriate

### 4. Duplicate purchases or billing errors

If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, or if you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at hello@agentupskills.com as soon as possible.

Where we confirm a duplicate order or billing error, we will issue an appropriate refund.

### 5. Free products

Free products, including free starter packs, are not eligible for a refund because no payment was taken.

### 6. Refund request process

To request support or a refund review, email hello@agentupskills.com with:

- your order number
- the email address used at checkout
- the product name
- a brief description of the issue
- screenshots or other evidence, where helpful

### 7. Refund timing

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

We aim to process approved refunds promptly. Once issued, it may take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.

### 8. Statutory rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

If you are a consumer in Ireland or another EEA country, you may have statutory rights in relation to digital content that is faulty, not supplied, or not in conformity with the contract.
